Swapsy Scholarship

Launched in Jan 2019, this quarterly scholarship program aims to encourage the communication among international students and expatriates, those who live far far away from their homelands.

As former international students, and current expats who have been away from home for more than 15 years, we know that life overseas can be exciting, and it can also be challenging, lonely, and frustrating. By sharing the stories of the people from this community, we would like to let you know that, you are not alone there.

We see solitude and homesick in these stories. We have tears and laughters. We learn the lessons the hard way. We try to get stronger, more independent, and take on more responsibility for ourselves and our families. And we all miss our loved ones back home.
